Kick up Handstand and Raised Block
This incredible mat is awesome for students learning a kick up to a handstand. The starting lunge position is easy to master with the generic start foot (this allows the students to choose which foot goes in front) and the back foot placement. As the student places their hands down they are able to come back up to the proper position without anything slipping or moving. It can be used against a wedge mat or octagon for better accuracy and skill development.
